🦪 Farmed Oysters Available 🦪

Welcome to Forgotten Bay Oysters

Nestled along the pristine shores of Wakulla County, our oysters are cultivated in the nutrient-rich waters of Apalachee Bay, using a single-bag floating system.

Our oyster flavor profile features a perfectly balanced, salt-forward flavor with a hint of sweetness and a clean finish.
